First time staying at the St. Regis in San Francisco and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences. We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary, and the team surprised us with a super cute and thoughtful anniversary treat. The room was also spacious and beautifully appointed with a great selection of amenities. What truly stood out were the small details, like organizing and tying my cords with a velcro, and even after regular housekeeping earlier in the day, a staff member would stop by in the evening to check if we needed anything else. Truly thank you to Vivian, Samantha, and the entire St. Regis team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the st. Regis for our wedding night and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Every single representative of the hotel was so courteous, excited for us, and easy to talk to. We felt very VIP and they really went out of their way to make a luxury stay. Every part of our room was modern, luxurious, and comfortable. The pool was fabulous & the food delicious. We especially want to thank Girly at the front desk - she truly made our wedding experience so much more special, and is a wonderful asset to the St. Regis. Thank you to everyone of this 5 star hotel for 11 star service! - the Akkads

Spent new years eve here. Overall excellent. Only downside was spa is currently closed. Pool is nicely heated but smallish. Staff was amazing and lived up to the reputation and service level of the hotel. Food at restaurant was fine, not sure I would return for that alone. Room service was excellent. Next to MOMA, Literally attached to MOAD. Short ride to most places in the city. Bed was perfect, the entertainment systems all worked perfectly) (surprisingly uncommon....). The push button blackout curtains were a great touch. Had an unplanned but great view of SF fireworks for NYE. Great art and lighting in the room.

The location was great. You're well situated so that you can do and see a lot with a short walk. Museums, restaurants, and some historic areas are all within walking distance. The room was fantastic. As the brand has come to represent exceptional comfort and high quality goods they did not disappoint at all. Most of the staff was phenomenal. Unfortunately a couple of experiences were not. I lost my card for a free cocktail (which in my case was a mocktail) and when I requested a new one, the clerk was condescending and rude in her words and tone. When I had asked that same clerk a question earlier about amenities she also told me to just look around myself. I had breakfast two days in the hotel for the convenience of it and the service was terrible. I don't know if they're understaffed, under trained, or something else is going on. It is evident that the wait staff is stressed and not pleased about being there. Trying to place a food order took about half an hour, food arriving was another half an hour from there, and both days I had waited over half an hour to get someone's attention long enough for them to print me the check. I likely will not be returning to this hotel and was overall disappointed.

As always, a lovely place to stay. Close to everything and mostly quiet (still got a bit of street noise even on the 12th floor). Customer service was impeccable and professional. Rooms are well appointed and very clean and comfortable.

I’m a local who just loves hotels so take this with a grain of salt. If you love a cushy, nice hotel room/vibe and have the budget for it, this is the place for you! I was greeted by Gilbert and he was so professional, kind and not judgy that my card wasn’t going through teehee. I stayed tonight because my friends got a surprise post wedding celebration and I didn’t want to drive home. The room is so nice, bed is comfy, tub fits me well and I am just in love with the space and layout. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Aside from Gilbert, thank you to Sankur (I’m sorry I didn’t ask how to spell your name and this may be wrong). He was very attentive and kind and I didn’t like my first dish and he insisted I try something else. I feel so bad if I don’t like something and don’t want to be a bother to the kitchen staff, but he reassured me. The vibes are great here and I love a splurge on yourself because we all work so hard for our income, we deserve an awesome room. Next time I’m bringing a bath bomb because this tube is AMAZING. Please book here if you are going to splurge on yourself/partner/friend/family. Literally I didn’t feel judged and I have anxiety so I know the struggle. Shall be coming back for my March birthday weekend!!!! Slay.

We had a wonderful stay at the St Regis SF! From the moment we arrived, service was exceptional. Special shoutout to Gilbert at the front desk and Concierge team for going above and beyond to accommodate our 2 month old baby. They provided us a baby crib which was amazing as it helped us stay comfortable throughout the night. Hotel itself is beautiful with fantastic city views and wonderful restaurant for great breakfast and dinner options. Easily one of the best hotels in SF we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

It’s really the best hotel in SF. Four seasons on California is nice but is still the mandarin in all but name. Four seasons on market is so so. But the st Regis is smaller and cordial and the staff is the best in the city. There’s a reason all the professional sports teams stay there.
